First American has two different plans that they offer, and you can purchase them for either your single-family home or condo.
With both of the plans, you can also add optional coverage, and you will have a $75 Service Call Fee, payable online, or to the technician at the initiation of a claim.
Both of these plans will cover a large number of your appliances or home systems.

In the event that a covered mismatched system or improper installation, modification or repair is in violation of a code requirement, the $250 code violation coverage applies.
First Class Upgrade for Basic Plan Coverage
- Clothes Washer & Dryer: Knobs, dials.
- Dishwasher: Racks, baskets, rollers, knobs, dials.
