System Plan

Silver Plan

Gold Plan

The average cost of a home warranty plan is between $25ā$50 a month, or $300ā$600 annually.
AFC Home Warranty Claims & Process Guarantee
Like most home warranty companies, you can request service online or on the phone 24 hours a day. However, AFC is different because they donāt turn their back on you and your home after 30 days.
Instead, they offer a guarantee on all the work the crew has done for the life of the contract, which has a limit of three years.
One potential caution has to do with the consequences of canceling your policy.
Though AFC claims that they do not lock customers into a contract, they do clearly state that they may cause a $75 cancellation fee.
Like most home warranty companies, AFC does enforce a 30-day waiting period before customers are eligible for benefits.
One notable exception is for plans purchased with the sale of a home. In those cases, as long as an inspection has been completed, the 30-day waiting period is waived.
